Residential Bathroom Study | 2026

This project explores the redesign of a compact residential bathroom through a series of comprehensive technical drawings. Beginning with analysis of the existing layout, the space was reconfigured to improve functionality, circulation, and fixture placement. The proposal incorporates a curbless shower, wall-mounted plumbing fixtures, and custom millwork to maximize efficiency and create a clean, contemporary aesthetic. The final deliverable includes demolition and construction plans, electrical and reflected ceiling plans, elevations, millwork drawings, finish schedules, and a detailed cost breakdown. This project demonstrates the integration of aesthetics, functional design, and technical ability.
